1. Non- Refundable Booking Fees: All booking fees associated with reservations made through our platform are non-refundable. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the type of service or event being reserved.

2. Transferrable Booking Fees with 72 Hours Notice: Booking fees may be transferred to a different date or time slot if a minimum of 72 hours notice is provided prior to the original booking's scheduled start time. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by our customer service team.

3. Transfer Process: To initiate a booking fee transfer, the customer must contact our customer service team at least 72 hours before the original booking's start time. The customer must provide the original booking details, including the desired new date or time slot, and any other relevant information.

4. Availability and Restrictions: Booking fee transfers are subject to availability on the desired new date or time slot. If the new date or time slot is not available. the customer may choose an alternative available option or retain the original booking without the possibility of a refund or transfer.

5. Limitations and Exceptions: a. Booking fee transfers are allowed only once per original booking. b. Transfers are not allowed within 72 hours of the original booking's start time. c. Booking fees cannot be transferred to a different service or event type. d. Booking fee transfers are not permitted if the original booking was made within 72 hours of the start time. e. Booking fees cannot be transferred across different customers or accounts.

6. No-Show or Late Cancellation: If a customer fails to show up for the booked service or event without providing the required 72 hours notice for transfer, th booking fee will be forfeited, and no further action will be taken.

7. Modification Fees: There will be no additional charge for processing a booking fee transfer as long as the customer adheres to the 72-hour notice requirement.

However, any additional costs associated with a higher-priced time slot or date change will be the responsibility of the customer.
